Mission:
Our mission as the Diversity Committee at Stone Mountain Seventh-day Adventist Church is to cultivate respect and understanding by creating and promoting opportunities that will foster the knowledge and appreciation of cultural, ethnic, gender, and racial diversity that make up our community of faith.

Scripture
Galatians 3:28 - There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male or female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Quote
[People] may be said to resemble not the bricks of which a house is built, but the pieces of a picture puzzle, each differing in shape, but matching the rest, and thus bringing out the picture. Felix Adler
